Stewardship- We are stewards of the Earth, as well as the resources and relationships God has given us. (Genesis 1:26-28; Genesis 2:15; Luke 12:42)
Sustainability– We meet today’s needs without compromising tomorrow’s – creating systemic change. (Isaiah 11:9; Acts 2:42)
Trustworthy- We operate with integrity and transparency to merit the investment and faith of our U.S. and global partners. (1 Corinthians 4:2; Proverbs 15:3)
Respect– We engage with equality, dignity, and kindness with donors, staff, global teams, and program participants. We respect and value the agency of our program participants. (Romans 12:10; 1 Peter 2:17; Philippians 2:3; Philippians 4:8)
